How long does shipping take?

We offer standard shipping only. Our standard shipping timeframe is 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our hair products and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.

How many bundles do I need?

For a naturally full look. we generally recommend 3 bundles. For longer lengths or extra volume, 4 bundles may be ideal. The number needed depends on your desired hairstyle and fullness.

How should I care for my luxury hair extentions?

We recommend using sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, gently detangling your extensions, minimizing excessive heat, and protecting your hair with a satin bonnet or silk scarf while sleeping.
